This Event Bartending Services Agreement is entered into between Belle For A Shot Mobile Bar and the Client, collectively referred to as the Parties, for the provision of bartending services for the event detailed in the booking.

Services Provided
The Bartender/Company will provide the bartending services during the agreed-upon time frame, including signature cocktails, beer, and wine service, plus set-up, hard stop, and tear-down windows defined in the booking.
1. Scope of Services
Belle For A Shot Mobile Bar agrees to provide setup and arrangement of a mobile bar station, the creation and service of a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and adherence to responsible alcohol service practices. This is a dry hire service, and the Bartender will serve only alcohol provided by the Client.
2. Licenses and Certification
Belle For A Shot Mobile Bar shall maintain all necessary licenses and certifications required for the lawful provision of bartending services, including compliance with local and state alcohol regulations.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client shall provide all alcoholic beverages, mixers, and ice required for the event. The Client is responsible for ensuring all guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age and comply with local and state laws regarding alcohol consumption.
4. Liability
Belle For A Shot Mobile Bar is not responsible or liable for any incidents, damages, injuries, or losses that occur as a result of the event, including but not limited to those involving the premises, guests, or any property. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Belle For A Shot Mobile Bar from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to alcohol consumption by the guests, including legal fees and costs incurred in defending against such claims. The Client further acknowledges that the Bartender assumes no responsibility for the actions or behaviors of any guest resulting from alcohol consumption and releases the Bartender from all liability connected to alcohol service.
5. Maximum Drinks Per Patron
Belle For A Shot Mobile Bar shall not serve more than 2 alcoholic beverages per patron at a time, in accordance with responsible alcohol service guidelines.
6. Refusal of Service
Belle For A Shot Mobile Bar reserves the right to refuse service to any guest showing signs of intoxication or engaging in disruptive behavior, including but not limited to aggressive actions or compromising the safety and enjoyment of others. The Bartender has sole discretion to terminate service to any individual deemed inappropriate or unfit to consume alcohol, and to cease service if guest behavior compromises the safe execution of the event.
7. Legal Responsibility
Belle For A Shot Mobile Bar is a third-party service provider and is not liable for violations of state or federal alcohol laws resulting from guest consumption. Belle For A Shot Mobile Bar maintains the right to decline cooperation with law enforcement inquiries regarding alcohol-related incidents resulting from the event, deferring all responsibility for compliance to the Client.
8. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice at least 5 days prior to the event date. If terminated by the Client after the retainer payment, the retainer will be forfeited.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action or proceeding arising from this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of California.
10. Deposit and Payment Terms
In consideration of the services provided, the Client agrees to pay Belle For A Shot Mobile Bar the total contracted amount. A non-refundable retainer of 25% of the total amount is due upon signing this Agreement to secure the booking. The remaining balance shall be paid in full no later than 1 week before the event starts via Zelle/Venmo, or in cash on the day of the event before service begins. If any payment, including the tip jar or buy-out fee, is not received by the due date, a late fee of $50 of the outstanding balance will be charged for each day the payment is overdue. Late fees will accrue until full payment is received. If not paid, this agreement is void, and the Company has no obligation to fulfill this agreement in its entirety.
11. 20% Buy-Out or Tip Jar Clause
Gratuity Policy: The Client has the option to permit a tip jar during the event. When a tip jar is allowed, no additional service or gratuity fees will be applied. If the Client opts to prohibit a tip jar, a 20% service charge will be added to the final invoice.
Payment Terms: All tips and buy-out fees are subject to the same payment terms as the base service fees, including due dates, methods of payment, and late fees, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
12. Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by the Client, the non-refundable retainer will be retained by Belle For A Shot Mobile Bar as liquidated damages. Cancellation within 3 weeks of the event will result in the forfeiture of the total contracted amount.
13. Force Majeure
Neither Party shall be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure arises from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, strikes, labor disputes, accidents, or other events commonly referred to as force majeure. In the event of such force majeure, the Party affected shall promptly notify the other Party in writing, describing the nature of the force majeure event and its anticipated duration. The performance of the affected Party's obligations shall be suspended during the period of the force majeure event. If the force majeure event continues for a period of 14 days, either Party may choose to terminate this Agreement without penalty or liability.
14. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
Acceptance
By signing the booking confirmation or submitting payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Mobile Bartender Services Agreement.
